Paint.NET Colored Pencil Effect

I was checking out the Sketch Tutorial on the Paint.NET Forum and experimented with it a little bit and came up with a Colored Pencil tutorial.
- Open Image
- Duplicate Layer, Rename to "Layer Two"
- Adjust Layer Saturation to 0
- Invert Colors
- Set Blending Mode to "Color Dodge"
- Adjust Gaussian Blur to get desired results (~15-20 px)
