Paint.NET - Cloud Effect

Version 1.1.0 of my Paint.NET Cloud Effect is completed.

Changes made in version 1.1.0:

Added random numbers to the dialog box for the user to set if they like
Set default random numbers - same cloud pattern will appear with each invocation (until reseeded)
Moved the GUI around - simple options at the top to more advanced at the bottom

Cloud Effect DLL - Paint.NET users: Unzip and drop the CloudEffect.dll file into your effects directory (typically: C:\Program Files\Paint.Net\Effects\)
